About Me
A rare breed of native New Yorker, Deidre has had the opportunity to live in three of the city’s amazing boroughs – The Bronx, Manhattan, and Brooklyn. Growing up here, she embodies the city’s flare and celebrates her passion for New York.
Her fortitude and professionalism earned her a BS in physical therapy and a certificate in massage therapy, while her creative and playful side has driven her to act and sing on stage, become a 2-time National and World Champion powerlifter, and co-author a book.
Living in the “Big Apple” it’s no surprise that Deidre loves to perform. With many theater credits, she enjoys showing her vocal chops, for instance taking center stage at the Duplex Cabaret captivating the audience with the dulcet tones of torch song.
Deidre’s unique accomplishments have given her the opportunity to communicate with people of various backgrounds. Blending knowledge with creativity, she has a natural ability to take people to where they need to go.
When Deidre is not in her studio, she loves having dinner out with friends or sailing around the Hudson River. She is a cocktail connoisseur who enjoys all-inclusive resort vacations on the beach.
